If you believe in synchronicity, you'll understand what is going on with me right now. I've been meditating every day, I borrowed this book, got back into vegetarianism and those views were strongly reinforced when I started to read the book. The book is called Plaidoyer pour les animaux. Vers une bienveillance pour tous, or in English, A Plea for Animals. For a Kindness Towards All by Matthieu Ricard.
